Collins heads Upstream as global HR director

Mobile marketing solutions provider Upstream has appointed Robyn Collins as global director of human resources and administration.

Collins will be responsible for attracting talent to Upstream, while also developing the existing team. She will also support HR policy, systems and tools across all of the firm’s international offices in London, Athens, Rome, Dubai, Bucharest, Singapore and Rio de Janeiro.

Collins has 15 years’ experience in the HR and employee relations industry, having previously held senior international roles at Juniper Networks and Microsoft Singapore. She also worked at Cisco Systems across Asia-Pacific in corporate philanthropy, for the Cisco Networking Academy Program. Previously, Collins held roles at 3Com in both Sydney and Singapore, building organisational capability across business units in Asia-Pacific.
