Finance staffing specialist Communicate Recruitment Solutions is offering charities two roles per month free of charge.

The firm says it will waiver the fee on two permanent placements each month for any charity on a first come, first served basis.

Communicate places mid- to senior-level finance, change, strategy and treasury professionals into banking, commerce & industry and consulting firms.

Communicate chief executive James Lock says: “Over the last few years Communicate has raised funds for a number of charities. When we looked at how further we could help there was the obvious option of offering our services for free. 

“The average recruitment fee that charities pay can take a great deal of time and effort to raise and in one simple offering we can help save them many thousands of pounds that can go towards those whom the charity support.”
