Contract Scotland seeks new recruits

Construction sector recruitment specialist Contract Scotland is seeking new recruits for its Stirling office.

Construction sector recruitment specialist Contract Scotland is seeking new recruits for its Stirling office.

Director Emma Watts, says rising demand in the sector has meant the firm needs to recruit two new consultants, adding Contract Scotland is willing to take on new entrants to the recruitment industry as well as those with an existing track record in agency recruitment.

Watts says: “We are a specialist niche agency and the things we prize most are knowledge and empathy with our clients’ industries, so previous agency experience isn’t always required. More important is a dedication to fast reaction and understanding the environment in which our candidates will operate. This is how we offer best value to our clients; not just finding people, but finding the very best candidates who are able to slot in and positively contribute from the outset.”
