Industrial recruiter Alpha Facilities Management (AFM) has been acquired by international outsourcing group Aktrion Holdings, backed by private equity group Graphite Capital.

Chris Baumann, director of Aktrion Holdings, says: “AFM represents an important step in the delivery of our strategy, enhancing our existing capabilities and providing expertise in the food sector - a new market for Aktrion. We are confident the deal provides us both with considerable expansion opportunities.”
