Beyond.com, a network of niche career communities,  has joined The Network, an international alliance of jobs boards.

The partnership enables  HR and recruitment managers to source candidates from a pool of more than 100m jobseekers across 121 countries.  

The Network is a formal alliance of 36 leading recruitment job boards, including co-founder Totaljobs, from over 80 offices in 121 countries committed to online recruitment leadership.
