Law firms Pinsent Masons, Eversheds and Allen & Overy have signed up social recruiting platform Brave New Talent’s Talent Words system.

The system sources potential talent from law, business & management, social sciences and philosophy courses in UK universities and law schools for their trainee schemes. It builds a talent pool and relationships with those either ready to start their careers or from their first year of universities through social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, partner student websites and partnerships with universities.
