Multi-sector recruiter Fusion People has acquired industrial and commercial agency SecondSite, IT staffing specialist Etica and financial services and insurance specialist Hillman Saunders.

Fusion Group managing director Paul Metcalfe says: “These strategic acquisitions will take Fusion People from its current £40m turnover to in excess of £60m and will strengthen its profitability and capability in delivering a total services offering. Further acquisitions are planned within the coming 12 months.”
