Cheese company Groupe Bel is deploying European talent management solutions provider Jobpartners’ ActiveRewarder.

Groupe Bel already uses ActiveRecruiter, ActiveCenter and ActivePlanner and this latest addition completes the set of talent management solutions, which address key business areas including recruitment, career development, succession planning and now reward management.

ActiveRewarder was implemented as part of a pre-summer review campaign and will aim to improve and standardise the firm’s global salary review process.
