International recruiter Hays has been awarded a contract by global services company American Express to provide a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solution for all permanent hiring across Europe.

The contract covers both on- and off-site delivery. Through having in-country presence Hays aims to ensure local knowledge and understanding is upheld throughout the entire recruitment process.
