Multi-sector recruiter Jark has agreed a £13m refinance deal with the recruitment finance division of Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance.

Jark will says it will use the £13m for business expansion, adding that it chose Lloyds TSB because it can provide a flexible funding package that supports its strategic plans.

The firm has also moved its main banking services to Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets.
