Santander has chosen Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) to provide a full RPO solution across the banking giant’s UK central specialist and contact centre and global banking employee operations.

The three-year contract sees the AMS handle all of Santander’s professional and specialist recruitment as well as contact centre hiring in the UK together with global banking hiring, expected to be over 2,000 hires a year.

The solution includes a range of resourcing services covering employer branding, candidate sourcing, recruitment process management and assessment & selection delivery.
