Industrial recruiter Staffline has acquired the trade and assets of DKM Labour Solutions from the joint administrators in a pre-pack deal.

Andy Hogarth, Staffline’s chairman and chief executive, says: “In addition to organic growth, we continue to look for similar acquisition opportunities, both companies in financial difficulty and those trading successfully, to enhance shareholder value.”
