Contracts/Deals: Accenture gets DWP work

The Department of Work and Pensions has awarded management consultancy firm Accenture a seven-year contract for the customer-facing section of its working-age benefits system Universal Credit.
The Department of Work and Pensions has awarded management consultancy firm Accenture a seven-year contract for the customer-facing section of its working-age benefits system Universal Credit.
Accenture will in turn partner with IT firm Atos, who is Accenture’s main sub-contractor on the initiative.
