International recruiter Human Capital Resources (HCR) has reached an agreement with the administrators to acquire executive search firm Kinsey Allen International’s interim/contractor book and contractor database.

The total consideration for the acquisition was £1,000, although it has been agreed that any fees generated by HCR from KA’s interim/contractor book will be split with the administrators in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

HCR has also acquired from administrators the database, work in progress and associated assets of KAI’s subsidiary, cleantech staffing specialist RUSTON wheb (RWL), for £10,500. Again, it has been agreed that any fees generated by HCR from RWL’s work in progress will be split with the administrators.

Mike Brennan, HCR group chief executive, says: “Although these acquisitions are relatively small, we are optimistic as to the additional opportunities we will generate from acquiring Kinsey Allen’s contractor book and the assets of its subsidiary, especially as RUSTON wheb operated in the same sector as one of our divisions, Climate Human Capital.”
