IT recruiter Ashton Consulting (UK) and recruiting advertising and marketing staffing specialist Fishtank Recruitment Solutions have become the latest firms to merge with Pertemps Recruitment Partnership.

The Bristol-based recruiters, with a combined staff of 20, have been privately owned and run by Owen and Ellie O’Neill since 2003.

The merger, which Optima Corporate Finance has advised on, took place on Monday for an undisclosed sum.

Pertemps chairman Tim Watts of Pertemps said: “I am really pleased to welcome the management and employees of both Ashton Consulting and Fishtank Recruitment Solutions to the Pertemps family, and using our platforms we will focus on supporting the businesses growth.”
