Engineering, energy and healthcare recruiter Nuparc has moved its 350,000-strong candidate database to Eploy.

Darren Day, director of recruitment services for Nuparc, said the firm had been previously operating on the EZ Access system and that web connectivity was a major factor in the decision to make the switch.

Day adds: “We had to give our consultants the best software available to us to allow them to compete effectively in the tough recruitment market.”
