Energy recruiter Spencer Ogden has acquired the RUSTON wheb brand and its staff for an undisclosed amount.

The deal sees Spencer Ogden add a new cleantech executive search service to its energy sector recruitment offering.

RUSTON wheb managing director, Ian Jenkins, will now lead the cleantech executive search team, which specialises in building industry-leading executive and management teams for clean technology and renewable energy investment.

The RUSTON wheb team continues to operate under the RUSTON wheb brand as a Spencer Ogden company, and will work alongside Spencer Ogden staff at its head office in London.
