Software provider Cornerstone OnDemand has announced that workforce management services and HR solutions Kelly Services is rolling out Cornerstone’s integrated learning and talent management software suite to nearly 659,000 employees worldwide.

Kelly Services will use the system to provide further insight into its workforce and allow them to be more effective with their human capital management initiatives.

Allison Kerksa, director of global learning at Kelly Services, says:

From a business perspective, Cornerstone’s SaaS-based suite offers a low cost of ownership, and it doesn’t require additional hardware investments or IT support.”
