Recruitment outsourcing firm, CPH Consulting, has agreed a one-year contract with niche management consultancy, Commercial Advantage.

The contract is based on CPH’s ‘On Demand’ service, which was created to cater for the needs of small, start-up and emerging businesses with relatively low volumes of hires, but needing specialist support across the recruitment lifecycle.
