Onsite recruitment solutions firm, CPH Consulting, has announced it is to extend its ‘On Demand’ service to companies that are looking to hire as few as five new employees per year.

Scott Russell, joint managing director of CPH Consulting, says: “For some time we have been offering an ‘On Demand’ service to start-up, early stage and emerging companies that typically need to hire 10-20 new staff.

“With many established and larger companies having limited hiring volumes in the current market, and start-up companies being, understandably, more cautious with their initial recruitment plans, we have further developed our service and commercial model to provide a viable and effective solution for smaller numbers of new hires.”
