A search site for web specialists goes online
Jobsite Workcircle, which specialises in internet and web development candidates, has launched a CV search engine.
The CV search uses tags to give jobseekers a more intuitive way to classify their CVs, allowing them to use their own terms to describe themselves. “On old-style jobsites, maybe you’d say you were a developer, and miss out recruiters who were looking for programmers,” explained CEO Simon Appleton. “Tag-based searching is far more effective than they keyword searching used elsewhere.”
Workcircle is offering a free trial for recruiters until September.
