Demand for contract IT workers rose by 11% in Q1 2011, compared with Q4 2010, according to data from specialist IT recruitment website CWJobs.co.uk.
Demand for contract IT workers rose by 11% in Q1 2011, compared with Q4 2010, according to data from specialist IT recruitment website CWJobs.co.uk.
The data also shows permanent job demand rose 6% on the previous quarter.
In-demand skills include project development process Agile, software development design and project management, while SQL, C, C#, .NET and SQL Server remain the top five skills most in demand for permanent IT jobseekers.
