Elite Leaders has announced a number of high-profile individuals who will make up its non-executive director (NED) service available to companies, The Elite Faculty (Recruiter, 22 July, p10).

As well as founder and experienced NED in recruitment John O’Sullivan, other members of the Faculty are Ben Brett, director of staffing management consultancy Arbiter Solutions; Jeff Brooks, director of recruitment consultancy firm WinMoreBiz; David Higgins, founder of IT recruitment services group Harvey Nash; and international businessman Sir Eric Peacock.

O’Sullivan believes his “dream team” will be able to offer firms a better deal by engaging with a number of expert NEDs rather than just one person who may not have the necessary expertise in all areas.

“In effect, The Elite Faculty is the board you can’t afford,” O’Sullivan explained.

“We’re not competing with the likes of HB RIDA,” he continued. “We operate in different spaces. Rather than aiming for the start-up recruitment firms, our market is the smaller but more developed agencies who are looking to expand and grow with the help of the top experts in the business.”

O’Sullivan told Recruiter The Elite Faculty was already working with several recruitment firms.
