More than one in four (28%) senior executives are being award share options rather than bonuses, according to new research from executive search firm InterExec.
More than one in four (28%) senior executives are being award share options rather than bonuses, according to new research from executive search firm InterExec.
Kit Scott Brown, chief executive of InterExec, says: “Offering share options rather than a bonus is currently proving to be a very popular option taken by employers. Historically bonuses were the preferred remuneration method but given the current public sentiment towards bonuses, many companies are choosing share options over bonuses.”
