The energy sector is benefiting from an influx of ex-forces personnel, according to multi-sector recruiter Carlton Resource Solutions.

According to the firm, with RAF Kinloss earmarked for closure and RAF Lossiemouth under threat, ex-HM Forces personnel with highly developed leadership and motivational skills are currently assessing their options and looking at alternative careers.
