Essex County Council is to implement talent assessment solutions provider SHL’s online numerical and verbal ability assessments into its graduate recruitment process.

Sheila Lewis, leadership development manager at Essex County Council, says: “Due to the high number of candidates that apply for our annual Fast Track Management Programme, it is important that we use a secure and effective sifting tool to ensure that we capture the highest quality candidates with the long-term potential to succeed.”
