StepStone has acquired recruiter Norge AS, a vendor of recruitment software and services in the Norwegian market, for €1.2m (£800,000) in cash with a further €0.8m (£538,000) payable in 2009 if the business meets performance targets during 2008.

StepStone chief executive, Colin Tenwick, says: "The combined market strengths of StepStone and Recruiter Norge AS in Norway, where both companies are market leaders, will provide customers with access to a unique range of total talent management software products, services and know-how from a single company.”
