International law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner has appointed Tim Forster as head of resourcing.

Forster previously led the employer branding communications team and more recently the experienced recruitment team at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Last year, he worked on a project with Lloyds Banking Group, integrating their resourcing teams.

Business software provider SAP has appointed Susan Bor (below left) as senior vice president of global talent acquisition. Bor joins from Royal Bank of Scotland where she was director, group resourcing. She will report to Dr Werner Brandt, chief financial officer of SAP AG and member of the executive board also responsible for Human Resources on an interim basis.

Eames Consulting Group, the specialist recruitment solutions provider to the banking, insurance and professional services sectors, has promoted Samantha White to director risk management, actuarial, audit & compliance, from her position as head of risk management, audit and compliance. Elsewhere, Rob Bulpitt has been promoted to head of actuarial, insurance & pensions risk management.

Irish recruiter The Grafton Employment Group has appointed Robert Dix as group chairman. Meanwhile, Niall Keyes has been made partner for Central & Eastern Europe, while Vivienne Jupp assumes the role of non-executive director. Declan Delanty takes the role of group chief financial officer and Una Barker is made company secretary.

Education recruiter NP Education has appointed Daniel Boucher as managing director. Boucher previously held senior management positions at Reed Education and Celsian Education.

Road transport and logistics recruiter Driver Hire has appointed Peter Lawford as national sales director. He will be responsible for the ongoing development of Driver Hire’s core national accounts business.Meanwhile, Graham Duckworth has been appointed divisional director responsible for senior management recruiter dh Logistics Appointments.

Multi-sector recruiter Cummins Mellor Recruitment has appointed business consultant Hayley Huddart in a business development role. She joins the firm’s senior management team.

Legal recruiter Laurence Simons has appointed Lucinda Moule as managing director. Based at the firm’s London offices, Moule reports to Naveen Tuli, global managing director of Laurence Simons, and will focus growing operations in the UK and Ireland, as well as in the European private practice market.

Communicate Recruitment Solutions has hired Kathryn Haralabidis to head up a new IT division. Haralabidis joins the business to establish and grow the team, which will offer both permanent and interim IT recruitment to blue chip firms. She previously worked at Pathway, part of SThree Group, where she led a team within the IT commercial contract sector. She later joined Gravitas Recruitment Group in the role of team leader.

Multi-sector recruiter The Independent Recruiting Group has appointed Chris Selby (lfet) as national director. Selby is also managing director of search and advisory firm Condita Select.

Graduate recruitment and training provider Gradcore has appointed Rowan Foster as research manager. Foster, who will be responsible for leading the firm’s research division, has been conducting research for more than six years, mainly working in central government. Her research projects have focused on employment issues, in particular youth unemployment and NEETS.

Morgan McKinley Accounting, Finance & Support has appointed Emily Maher (right) as manager of its London secretarial and office support team looking after temporary and permanent recruitment. Maher joins Morgan McKinley from Secretaries Plus.

Industrial recruiter Jark has appointed Jamie Wingrave as area manager. Wingrave will help attract new business and provide management support to five Jark Industrial branches.
