Fortis Scanning Services, a subsidiary of the Fortis Recruitment Group, has purchased 100% of the assets of UK Scan, a national provider of commercial scanning services.

David Mogford is to take personal ownership of the Monmouth-based company and its current contracts worth over £22m per year. 

Mogford says: “UK Scan is a well respected name in the industry and will herald a new era for the group as we diversify into this exciting area of business. It is anticipated that existing scanning service contracts will generate more than 1,000 new ongoing jobs in the UK and therefore will complement our recruitment businesses.”
