Executive recruiter FreshMinds Talent has launched FreshMinds Select for operational and general managers in the £40,000 to £150,000 salary bracket.

FreshMinds Select will replace FreshMinds’ Experienced Hire brand, which catered for candidates in middle management roles over the last six years. The Select brand joins other business units - FreshMinds Graduate and FreshMinds Interim.

James Callander, managing director of FreshMinds Talent, says: “Over the past 18 months, despite everything that has been happening in the wider economy, we have noticed a distinct trend in the roles we are working on and the candidates we are placing. It would seem that as FreshMinds has grown as a company since 2000, our candidates and clients have grown with us.

“We are now working on more management and senior roles than ever before. The launch of FreshMinds Select will help us realise the enormous potential of this market, and help us to support our candidates from the moment they graduate right through to the height of their careers.”
