Guildford-based recruitment and training specialist Fusion, in partnership with Surrey Jobcentre Plus, has launched a new workshop programme to help unemployed professionals and executives in Surrey find the route back to work.

The programme will fill an existing gap for services for professionals and executives. During the workshop, each participant will work with a qualified business coach.

The coach will assess their strengths, highlight areas for development and pinpoint the types of roles and organisations where they are most likely to be successful. They will then create their own personal job-hunting action plan.

The one-day Executive Jobseeker workshops are funded by the Department of Work and Pensions and provided free to people claiming Job Seekers Allowance.
