Financial services group Prudential has appointed Peter Goerke as group human resources director.

From March, Goerke, previously group head of HR and member of the group management board at Zurich Financial Services Group, will be a member of Prudential’s group executive committee.

He succeeds Priscilla Vacassin and reports to group chief executive, Tidjane Thiam.
