Graduate calibre consultants hard to find

Graduate-calibre consultants are increasingly more difficult to find, according to Nigel Job, chief executive of European Medical technology and life science recruiter Remtec.

Graduate-calibre consultants are increasingly more difficult to find, according to Nigel Job, chief executive of European Medical technology and life science recruiter Remtec.

Last September the firm’s three new members of staff graduated from Remtec’s training academy. This May the firm is looking to hire up to nine more professional recruitment consultants in the healthcare and life science industries.

Job says: “I am quite surprised at how few applications we have received for these roles, when the news each day states there are many people of graduate calibre looking for jobs.”
