Emma Zeeman has been appointed managing director of Belfast-based Grafton ESP (Employment Solutions Portfolio) with overall responsibility for delivering recruitment process outsourcing and human consultancy services to companies in Ireland and internationally.

Grafton ESP is a new division of the Grafton Employment Group which spans 72 offices in 18 countries. Zeeman also continues in her role as director of HR services within the group.

Zeeman is a Post Grad in Human Resource Management and holds a BA in psychology and education. She also is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development and a fellow of the Institute of Directors.

She has worked with the Grafton Employment Group for seven years and has over 14 years experience in HR generally. In addition to her significant project management skills, she has experience in employee relations, recruitment and selection, training and change management.
