Recruitment website Grey4Gold has launched.

The site matches experienced senior executives with retail businesses and was built in response to the growing older working population in the UK.

Founded by former Moss Bros chief executive Rowland Gee, other shareholders include the founder of recruitment firm Prima Principia, Craig Vidler.
