Australian rec-to-rec, HR and internal recruiter recruitment firm Hamilton Professional is looking to form an alliance with a couple of rec-to-rec firms in the UK.

Managing director Paul Hamilton told Recruiter that the company, which has offices in Sydney and Melbourne, is “desperately short of experienced consultants”, and is looking for help to find candidates who are looking to relocate to Australia. “This would be on a split fee arrangement,” says Hamilton. 

Hamilton is a former director of Hughes Recruitment and opened the Hughes Recruitment Melbourne office in 2005.
