Technical recruiter Harvey Nash has announed that it has reached an agreement with Fila & Myszel Associates (FMA) to merge their businesses under the Harvey Nash Alumni brand in Europe.

The acquisition of FMA extends Harvey Nash’s reach in senior executive assignments and specialist HR and leadership services business in Poland.

Harvey Nash has acquired 75% of FMA from Ms Barbara Fila and Dr Karol Myszel who will remain with the business.

Commenting on the acquisition, Albert Ellis, chief executive at Harvey Nash, says: “The current market conditions provide an excellent opportunity to attract new talent and high performing businesses into the group. The expansion of the group’s footprint into the largest of the emerging economies of Eastern Europe will serve the group’s global Fortune 100 client base in that region and beyond.”
