Global management consultancy Hay Group has launched human resource management (HRM) solution Hay Group Spectrum.

The solution, which builds on the group’s Job Evaluation service, helps organizations to optimise how they design jobs, fit people to jobs and align jobs to the overall organization structure.

Phil Johnson, global head of Hay Group Spectrum, says: “Organisations’ understanding of work and their approach to HR are often fragmented. Decisions about reward, talent management, role and structure design are made independently of each other.”
