Public sector recruiter Hays Public Services and Kent County Council have partnered to create a careers transition website.

The interactive site supports Kent County Council employees who are affected by reorganisation over the coming year. Employees will be able to search for jobs and improve their CV writing, job searching techniques, interviews, competencies and salary negotiation.
