Multi-sector recruiter Hexagon Human Capital has received an indicative conditional proposal from a third party interested in making an offer for the company.

Discussions are in the early stages and there can be no guarantee that an offer will be made, according to a statement.

Despite the current challenging broader economic environment, the board says it remains confident of the short term trading outlook for the recruiter.  

The Hexagon group includes financial headhunter Correlate Search, executive recruiter Roberts & Corr, interim providers BIE and Oxygen, interim and executive recruiter Archer Mathieson and pharmaceutical recruiter Euromedica.
