Randstad’s construction recruiters Hill McGlynn and Beresford Blake Thomas (BBT) are to sponsor the New Civil Engineer Graduate Awards 2009.
 
This firms, which haved merged to form Randstad Construction, Property & Engineering, will sit on the judging panel that will interview shortlisted candidates about their achievements and ambitions to shape iconic structures, such as buildings or bridges, at the Institution of Civil Engineers in October.  
 
The awards aim to identify and showcase the most talented young civil engineers who graduated last year and who are now in their first post-graduate jobs.  

They also link the industry’s leading players and the next generation of talent entering the profession. As well as rewarding academic ability, the awards look for graduates that demonstrate enthusiasm and pride in their chosen career.
