Executive search firm Horton International has appointed Liam McDowell as a consultant.

McDowell entered the executive search sector in 2006 with PSD Group where he progressed to become senior consultant and sector head for defence, aerospace & security.

He is a Member of Royal United Services Institute for Defence & Security Studies (RUSI), an affiliate member of the Royal Aeronautical Society and an affiliate of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
