As fast food outlet KFC announces plans to create 9,000 jobs, Paula Rogers, managing director at hospitality staffing firm Admiral, told Recruiter:

“They will use agencies at senior level and the need for senior level staff will increase because people want to get the very best in.

“Where good agencies have good relationships with clients, they will still rely on agencies to provide the talent.”

Nina Johnson-Bennett, managing director at hospitality recruiter Management Search Executive, says that in these troubling economic times, consumers are attracted to fast food outlets as they represented good quality and low cost and recruiters would benefit:

“It will create some senior level employment. It will be an opportunity for us recruiters.
