HotLizard launches ‘Pay for Success’ model

Online recruitment solutions provider HotLizard  has introduced a ‘Pay for Success’ model, a payment per application that the job board generates, subject to a monthly minimum charge.

Online recruitment solutions provider HotLizard  has introduced a ‘Pay for Success’ model, a payment per application that the job board generates, subject to a monthly minimum charge.

Charges include all hosting, support and maintenance, upgrades and ongoing search engine optimisation.

‘Pay for Success’ also comes fully JobG8 enabled, which means that job boards can be populated with vacancies from other providers who receive payment for their applications.

Adele Poole, managing director of HotLizard, says: “Launching this model is a reflection of the confidence we have in the performance of our job boards as we are partnering with our clients to share in this.  This is a ‘no risk’ model which appeals to all levels of job board owner.”
