HR GO grows in Kent_2
HR GO has strengthened its presence in the South East with the acquisition of XL (South East), the industrial and commercial recruitment specialist, for an undisclosed sum.
XL’s 15 permanent members of staff will transfer to HR GO Group under the TUPE regulations. HR GO is based in Kent and now has 13 branches in the county. However, the XL name will remain at all six of its branches.
HR GO managing director Mark Stevenson, pictured with XL finance director Kym Marsh, said: “This is another step in our plan to further develop our group throughout the UK and mainland Europe.
“XL has an excellent reputation in the south east for its areas of expertise and we look forward to working with all the temporary and permanent staff within the company.”
HR Go, listed on OFEX, has a turnover of more than £80m and has more than 80 offices across the UK and mainland Europe.
