Recruitment is key a driver of innovation of change, according to a report from RPO provider Alexander Mann Solutions.
The survey of senior global HR decision makers shows 34% see recruitment as a driver of innovation and change, while 53% view it as an enabler.
Just 6% see recruitment as a potential barrier to innovation.
More than a third (38%) cautiously anticipate a rise in permanent staffing numbers in the coming months (rising to 45% in Asia Pacific).
The report also shows, of those with a global recruitment strategy, 56% expect a rise in staff number, compared to just 38% where strategy is set regionally.
