HSBC urges banking industry to help improve graduate confidence

Financial institutions need to do more to improve confidence among graduates, according to HSBC.

Financial institutions need to do more to improve confidence among graduates, according to HSBC.

An HSBC spokesperson told Recruiter: “Positive sentiment is increasing for entry level and graduate roles. The numbers are staying strong or increasing.  We need to make sure that we work to increase confidence of people entering the sector, which did take a knock in 2008/9.”
