The former Adecco and Office Angels senior operating executive is charged with staff recruitment, engagement and development, and is also responsible for the firm’s talent management business.

Hudson is a well-established credible business, with great people and unlimited prospects. As chief talent officer, I am excited by the impact that getting the best from our people, engaging with them and helping them develop will have to the growth of the business

Jacobs has more than 30 years’ experience in the recruitment sector, encompassing multiple board level senior operative roles. He was most recently owner and managing director of LoveWorkLife, a consultancy providing strategic advice, coaching and mentoring to recruitment businesses.
