Distance learning provider ICS and outplacement provider Fairplace have launched a redundancy toolkit.

The tool kit offers personal coaching and specialist careers advice for people hoping to re-launch their careers.

Candidates can also access personal coaching from a Fairplace careers consultant, e-briefs and training tips from ICS, six months access to an online careers library which contains a huge range of job and recruiter databases.
