IHR Group has launched an outplacement service.

Chrysalis Network is aimed primarily at companies making redundancies.

Chris Mercer-Jones, managing director of Chrysalis Network, told Recruiter the service was primarily aimed at clients “who are interested in giving their employees the best possible chance of getting on with their career.”  The programmes will be delivered in small groups of up to 12 individuals, with many ‘sourced’ as a result of the market knowledge of recruitment consultants within IHR Group’s six recruitment firms, inclding executive search firms Ellis Fairbank, and Atticus Partnership.

Brian Culleton, a marketing executive at IHR Group, adds: “From a recruitment firm perspective, this is a great venture to get involved in.”
